and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.

passover.

to eat this passover with you before I suffer:
Matthew 26:26 And as they
were eating, Yahshua took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to
the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.

shall betray me.

day, even in this night, before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice.

were assembled all the chief priests and the elders and the scribes.
Luke 22:54 Then took they him, and led him, and brought him into the
high priest's house. And Kepha followed afar off.
Wednesday: Yahshua was crucified and died
around 3 p.m. This was the preparation day for the annual Shabbat which began at
sunset. This was not the weekly Shabbat! Yahshua's body was placed in the tomb
(grave) at twilight.
Matthew 27:46 And about the ninth hour Yahshua
cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My
Elohim, my Elohim, why hast thou forsaken me?
Matthew 27:50 Yahshua ,
when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the Spirit.
Mark
15:42 And now when the even was come, because it was the preparation, that is,
the day before the sabbath,
Luke 23:54 And that day was the preparation,
and the sabbath drew on.
Here is where we must
understand the Lords people's culture. This is an annual sabboth of;
Passover, the the Feast of Unleaven bread, and the Feast of First Fruits.
These are knows as the Spring feast. Three events that came closely
together. Then, at the end of the week is the weekly sabboth,
Saturday. Weekly sabboths, Saturday, can also be Annual Sabboths of the
Feast of the Lord days. The day of preparation can have Passover being a
day of preparation for the Feast of Unleaven bread, etc.
John 19:31 The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that
the bodies should not remain upon the stake on the sabbath day, (for that
sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs
might be broken, and that they might be taken away.
Matthew 27:57 When
the even was come, there came a rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also
himself was Yahshua ' disciple:
Matthew 27:58 He went to Pilate, and begged the body of Yahshua. Then
Pilate commanded the body to be delivered.
Matthew 27:59 And when Joseph had
taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth,
Matthew 27:60 And laid
it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great
stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed.
Thursday: This was the high-day
Shabbat, the first day of Unleavened Bread. It is described as the day after the
Day of Preparation.
John 19:31 The Jews therefore, because it was
the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the stake on the sabbath
day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs
might be broken, and that they might be taken away.
John 19:42 There
laid they Yahshua therefore because of the Jews' preparation day; for the
sepulchre was nigh at hand.
Leviticus 23:4 These are the feasts of
Yahweh, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.
Leviticus 23:5 In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is
Yahweh 's passover.
Leviticus23:6 And on the fifteenth day of the same
month is the feast of unleavened bread unto Yahweh: seven days ye must eat
unleavened bread.
Leviticus 23:7 In the first day ye shall have an holy
convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.
Matthew 27:62 Now the
next day, that followed the day of the preparation, the chief priests and
Pharisees came together unto Pilate,
Friday: The high-day Shabbat had
now passed. Women now bought and prepared spices for anointing Yahshua's body
before resting on the weekly Shabbat day. The weekly Shabbat began at sunset.
Mark 16:1 And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the
mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and
anoint him.
Luke 23:56 And they returned, and prepared spices and
ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.
Exodus 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Exodus 20:9
Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
Exodus 20:10 But the
seventh day is the sabbath of Yahweh thy Elohim: in it thou shalt not do any
work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant,
nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
Exodus 20:11
For in six days Yahweh made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is,
and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yahweh blessed the sabbath day, and
hallowed it.
Saturday: The 7th day
of the week, The Lord's Sabboth, Shabbat. According to the Fourth
Commandment, the women rested on the weekly Shabbat. Yahshua rose from the tomb
(grave) just before sunset. It had been exactly three days and three nights (72
hours) after burial. This fulfilled the sign of Jonah and doing so,
authenticating Yahshua's messiahship!

Matthew 28:1 Now late on sabbath, as it was the
dusk of the next day after sabbath, came Mary of Magdala and the other Mary to
look at the sepulchre.
Sunday: Early in the
morning, while it was still dark, the women brought the prepared spices. Yahshua
had already risen! He did not rise on Sunday morning, but had already risen,
just prior to sunset, the day before. That day was the Shabbat.
Luke
24:1 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came
unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain
others with them.
John 20:1 The first day of the week cometh Mary
Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone
taken away from the sepulchre.
Matthew 28:1 In the end of the sabbath,
as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and
the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
Matthew 28:2 And, behold, there was
a great earthquake: for the angel of Yahweh descended from heaven, and came and
rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.
Matthew 28:3 His
countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:
Matthew
28:4 And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men.
Matthew 28:5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not
ye: for I know that ye seek Yahshua, which was crucified.

He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where Yahshua
lay.

week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.

And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door
of the sepulchre?
Mark 16:4 And when they looked, they saw that the
stone was rolled away: for it was very great.
Mark 16:5 And entering
into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a
long white garment; and they were affrighted.
Mark 16:6 And he saith
unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Yahshua of Nazareth, which was crucified:
he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.
Luke 24:2
And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
Luke 24:3 And
they entered in, and found not the body of Yahshua.
John 20:1 The first
day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the
sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
Yahshua
did not rise Sunday at sunrise, but rose late Saturday afternoon around the
Shabbat sunset. He had already risen hours before the women came to His tomb!
This was the precise fulfillment of Jonah's sign of three days and three nights,
which Yahshua said was verification of His messiahship. He was placed in the
tomb just before sunset on Wednesday and rose just before sunset Saturday. I
hope this helps you in your search of the Scriptures and may Yahweh bless you in
your continued search for the Truth of His Word. HalleluYah!!
